JKA Enterprises, Inc. prides itself at owning the equipment to perform the work properly and on schedule. With a twenty year track record in the water well market, we have established relationships with various tooling & supply companies to provide the right tools and materials to accompany our increasingly large list of in house drill rigs & equipment.

James Kiltoff - President & Owner
Jim Kiltoff has 20 years of drilling & pump experience, and has many years of mechanical & construction experience, including rock wall construction, excavation & grading, utilities construction, and asphalt & paving.
Pierce Kiltoff - Vice President & Manager
Pierce is a nationally Certified Well Driller and is the manager & chief estimator for JKA Well Drilling.
John Arfman - Onsite Lead
John has extensive experience in the water well industry, as a third generation driller, he's completed 10 years of employment with a pump company located in Spanaway, Washington, and followed that with another 8 years with an international drilling company. John has be licensed in four States in the Western US and has completed drilling projects to depths of over 1,500 feet and bore holes greater than 40" in diameter.
Reagan Gallagher
Reagan is JKA Well Drillings trainee, currently training for a 03A pump installer license & a water well drilling license (now a licensed trainee as of May, 2010). Reagan originally hales from New Zealand, where he was a certified arborist.
Partial Equipment List
- Chicago Pneumatic 650WS - Air rotary rig with an air compressor capable of 825 CFM @ 325 PSI, a hydraulically operated Atlas Manufacturing R2000 casing hammer, and a 12,000lb jib hoist. A new cyclone/cuttings diverter attachment has been completed and used successfully for cuttings capture and site containment operations on a municipal well project (see video here). Mounted on a GMC White tandem axle truck.
- Bucyrus Erie 60L - Cable tool rig with tooling ranging from 4" to 30", capable of 1500' of drilling. Cab over semi truck mounting with diesel deck engine.
- Bucyrus Erie 22W - Cable tool rig with large tooling selection, propane powered deck engine, tandem axle semi truck mounting with PTO hydraulic system for outriggers & other accessories.
- Speedstar SS15THH - Air/mud rotary, 600 CFM @ 250 PSI deck mounted compressor, 5 x 6 piston mud pump, PTO operated machine with crane carrier chassis.
- Chicago Pneumatic T650 - Air rotary rig with Weldco Beales casing hammer, which has successfully completed numerous cased & uncased 6" diameter wells to 600 feet. Mounted on a Kenworth tandem axle truck.
- Schramm 450 Rotadrill - Air rotary rig with Weldco Beales casing hammer which has successfully completed holes as deep as 700 feet with casing. Mounted on a GMC tandem axle truck, short wheel base.
- Shop built casing jacks - 12" capacity with 180,000lbs of jacking force, can be sized to fit the job.
- Various site work equipment - Bobcat loader/attachment machine, various forklifts, Case 850D dozer, Case 450 Excavator, Kubota mini excavator, rollers, trailers & carriers, Ford backhoe, Case backhoe, and dump trucks. Other equipment available in inventory and as needed.
