1978 SS15 SpeedStar Drill Rig - $90,000

The rig is mounted on a Crane Carrier Chassis (CCC) w/ dual front steering axles. It is an 8x4 axle, grossing 66,000 lbs. The carrier runs and drives great. We've added a secondary fuel tank to allow for duel fuels - onroad diesel and offroad diesel - the switch is located on the exterior of the truck.

The drilling rig itself includes Weldoco Beales casing hammer, a Le Roi compressor (600 cfm, 250 psi spec), PTO diverter box and drive from front chassis engine, Gardner Denver Mud Pump (5x6 piston).

Used lengths of 20' x 4-1/2" drill pipe are available to go with the rig, at $15 per foot. No subs/bits/other tooling to be included.

We welcome serious inquiries, and have pictures available. The casing hammer & lift system can be removed at buyers option (we'll deduct $15,000).
